1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”) are intended to regulate your (the “User”) use of the web and mobile application Resumix (the “App”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering on the App, the User expresses his/her consent to use the Services, and to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and any subsequent amendments and additions that Resumix may unilaterally effect from time to time by announcing it on the Website and/or informing the User personally via email.

Resumix assumes no risk or liability and is unconditionally released from it if the User has not fully or partially abided by these Rules.

If the User does not agree to comply with these Rules, then he/she is not entitled to use the Services.

By registering on the App, the User confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, audio, video, text, photographs, templates, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws. This means that no one is permitted to copy Resumix-related Content and Marks, use it for commercial or other purposes not provided for in these Rules.

3. Our services

Resumix provides online resume builer, divided into two types: Free Unauthenticated Services and Free Authenticated Services.

Resumix indicates that in order to safeguard the legitimate interests and/or prevent the User’s attempts to harm the Services, it has the right, unilaterally, at its sole discretion, without notice to the User to suspend the provision of the Services to him/her and to cancel his/her personal account and delete the data contained therein.

Resumix is not a temporary work agency or User’s agent, and is specifically not responsible for the relationships and interviews that User may have with potential recruiters and hiring entities with whom he/she contacts on his/her initiative and within his/her own and entire responsibility.

4. Free Unauthenticated Services

the User can use the Services unauthenticated for free without creating and account and without storying any of his/her personal data on Resumix servers.

Free Unauthenticated Services include:

1. Creating and editing an unlimited number of resume
2. Changing the resume style through the pre-configured templates
3. Download the created resume in PDF format

5. Free Authenticated Services

Free Authenticated Services are provided exclusively for registered Users who individually create their own personal account by registering on the App. One User may only have one personal account.

the User undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the personal account login data and not to disclose it to third parties to ensure that no parties will use his/her personal account.

Free Authenticated Services include:

1. Creating and editing an unlimited number of resume
2. Changing the resume style through the pre-configured templates
3. Download the created resume in PDF format
4. Cloud syncronization of created resume accross Resumix’s platform

6. User rights and obligations

The User has the following rights:

• To use the Services in accordance with these Rules
• To receive methodological assistance and consultations related to the use of the Services
• To delete his/her personal account and the data contained therein

7. The User has the following responsibilities:

• To use the Services only to meet personal his/her needs, i.e., the User is prohibited from using the Services for commercial purposes, reselling, copying or similar actions
• To provide only correct information on the App
• To use the information on the App for legitimate purposes only
• To take care of the security of his/her equipment used to perform actions on the App (for example, use anti-virus software on devices, etc.)
• Not to transfer to third parties or provide access to a personal account
• To use the Services responsibly, not to abuse his/her rights under these Rules
• To not take actions that would interfere with the stable and secure functioning of the App

the User may also have other rights and obligations set forth in these Rules, as well as those that are not included in The Rules, but in the legislation related to the provision of the Services

8. Resumix’s Rights and Obligations

Resumix has the following rights:

• To prevent Users who refuse to comply with or violate these Rules of the Services from visiting the App
• To handle the User personal data for legal and predetermined purposes
• To take immediate site-based security measures, including, but not limited to, the suspension or termination of the provision of the Services, the limitation of the availability of the Services to specific App visitors if there is any reasonable threat to the safety of the App’s data, hardware or software (for example, in the case of cyberattacks, etc.)

Resumix has the following responsibilities:

• To provide the Services in compliance with these Rules
• To ensure the smooth provision of the Services
• To provide the User with all necessary methodological information necessary for the User to use the Services
• To implement the Services Information Security Management System organisational and technical measures to ensure the reliability, accuracy and identity of the data and to protect the data against accidental or unlawful destruction, modification, disclosure, as well as any other unlawful handling, from the moment when the User’s personal data is submitted to the Services until the expiry of the storage period for such data

May also have other rights and obligations set forth in these Rules, as well as those that are not included in The Rules, but in the legislation related to the provision of the Services.

9. Protection of Users’ personal data

To provide the Services, Resumix manages the User’s Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Rules.

10. Final provisions

We may change this Rules at any time without notice. If we make major changes to this Rules we will communicate it. Nevertheless, you should regularly check the Rules we use to make sure its current version is appropriate for you.

If [the User]the User does not agree with the revision of the new Rules, its partial amendments or additions, the User has the right to refuse them, as a result losing the right to use the Services.

If, after the change of The Rules, the User continues to use the Services, it is deemed that he/she accepts the revision of the new Rules, amendments or additions to the new Rules.
